WHAT IS EMOJITNOW?

We believe that giving and receiving feedback is critical to help all businesses improve.

FOR USERS: EmojitNow is a free feedback app that lets you anonymously give feedback – good or bad – on any business that you come across, work with or buy from. Just type in the name of the business that you want to feedback on, choose an emoji icon, and then select one or many reasons, such as customer service, value for money, price, and then just press submit. It’s that simple!

FOR BUSINESSES: Feedback from EmojitNow tells you what your customers think of your products and/or services. Not only do you see the emojis, the reasons, and any free-text comments that users have given you, but you can also see the day, times of day, location, and age-range of the users that have provided feedback.

You can set alerts in the app, have a bespoke list of reasons for your own business, and you can even in-app message users – either to thank them, reward them, or to make them conciliatory offers if they are needed.

WHY USE EMOJITNOW?

It’s for GOOD and BAD feedback – it identifies great experiences, or highlights when and where things can be improved.

It’s QUICK and REAL-TIME – you can give, receive and act on feedback in a matter of seconds.

It’s ANONYMOUS – as a user you don’t have to provide a username or identify yourself to what or whom you are giving feedback. You will never need to worry about your personal details being shared with anyone.

It’s UNIVERSAL – you can submit feedback on anything, anywhere and at any time. Our focus is providing feedback to businesses so that they can keep improving. So, you can give feedback on your local shops, restaurants and cafes, but also to your TV, mobile, broadband or energy providers, the holiday companies and airlines that you’ve booked with, as well as national retail chains. If you want, you can also share your feedback on the TV shows and films that you watch, the books or news that you read, or even on actors and politicians.

WHY USE EMOJIS?

Emojis are the universal language to show how you feel, and by selecting a reason(s) from the drop-down list in the app you are not only sharing your emotion, but you are also giving the reason for it, and therefore making your feedback meaningful.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE FEEDBACK?

We share trending data, as well as publish leaderboards on the app, so all feedback is totally transparent. Not only can users see what and who is being Emojit’d about, but those being fed back on can also see the results, so they can see what they are doing well and what they can improve on.

HOW MANY EMOJITS CAN YOU SUBMIT?

You can submit as many Emojits as you want – though only 1 per hour on the same thing, with the same emoji and the same reason. However, you can always submit multiple Emojits on the same thing, but with a different emoji and/or reason.

HOW DO I SUBMIT AT EMOJIT?

Once you’ve logged in:

1. Type in the business that you want to feedback on

2. Choose an emoji

3. Select a reason(s)

4. Press ‘EmojitNow’ to submit your feedback

WHAT DATA DO WE CAPTURE?

When logging in we ask for your mobile phone number only. Not even your name! This enables us to send you a verification code for log in purposes. In addition, we ask you to accept our Terms of Use and confirm your age-range.

Viewing high-level feedback can be done without logging in, but to submit feedback you will need to log in and have location services enabled, so that we can capture your country and location, e.g. United Kingdom, Slough.
